About Us

The Cerro Gordo County Free Health Care Clinic opened in 2009 to meet the needs of residents who do not have health insurance or are inadequately insured. In addition to addressing immediate healthcare needs, clinic providers will help clients find a "medical home." This may include helping a client enroll in the Mercy Medical Center - North Iowa Charity Care, Medicare, Medicaid, HAWK-I, or other programs. Providers will also help clients find prescription assistance.

Clinic Location

Our clinic is located 1327 Sixth St. SW in Mason City.

Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
