We serve uninsured and underinsured residents of Cerro Gordo County, Iowa. Services include general wellness, chronic care, and acute care.

General Wellness and Prevention Services

Includes wellness screening and consultation, including obesity issues, and physicals.

Chronic Health Services

Includes diagnosis and treatment for diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, heart disease, assessment of mental health needs, arthritis, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Acute Health Services

Includes sore threat, fever, respiratory illness, ear infection, influenza, childhood illness, infectious disease, headache, and treatment of minor injuries, rashes, and minor skin irritations.

We do not offer OB/GYN services.
